The objective of HELPED, is to demonstrate, in an original way, the French capacity to provide, under a rapid action solution, a “Swiss Army knife” of aid to people in need in the face of multiple and overlapping crises. First initiative of the defense industry, which with the idea that military equipment and know-how can respond to many crises, many industrialists specialized in the humanitarian field have joined this original French proposal.
The HELPED demonstrator is intended to serve as a catalyst for new forms of commercialization, but also to fuel european political reflection on the implementation of combined means ensuring a response in case of complex and difficult to predict crises. This french demonstrator is the fruit of a response from industrialists, large groups and small companies.
HELPED would also provide continuity of subsistence, rest, security, care, but also administrative and educational activities.
